A play about a pedophile and his impact on a family’s life.
Director: Drew Barr

The score for this was initially inspired by Sigur Ros, but the result does not really sound like them at all. The repetitive nature of the score reflects the nature of the script and the serial pedophile that is its subject. The combination of the colors of the piano, steel pan and lithophone provide a texture that worked flexibly to provide a warm or cold feel depending on the need of the moment. The hybrid flute is the result of a combination of flute sounds, one of which was created through a physical modeling program to provide a sound that is familiar, yet still a little alien.
